The User must immediately notify ap77 if unauthorized access to their account is suspected, via the support channel available on the platform. ap77 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the User's failure to keep their credentials secure.
Ap77 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require the User to complete identity verification (KYC) before releasing withdrawals or increasing operational limits. Documents typically requested include a photo ID (RG or CNH), CPF, and proof of address issued within the last 90 days.
Account security: ap77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings. Withdrawals above R$ 500.00 require additional confirmation via SMS or registered email. Ap77 accepts deposits exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL) through the following payment methods available to users in Brazil:
The minimum amount per deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no default maximum limit, but ap77 may request additional documentation for deposits above certain amounts as required by regulations. All deposits must be made by the account holder — third-party deposits are not accepted.
Ap77 does not accept or process deposits originating from unlawful activities. Any suspicion of money laundering or financing of criminal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Brazilian law (Lei nº 9.613/1998 and COAF regulations).
Withdrawals at ap77 are available exclusively to the verified account holder. The primary and recommended withdrawal method is Pix, with an average processing time of under 8 minutes for accounts with completed KYC. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 50.00.
To make the first withdrawal or any withdrawal above R$ 1,000.00, the User must have completed the KYC process with all requested documents approved. Pix withdrawals are sent exclusively to the Pix key registered in the User's name — withdrawals to third-party Pix keys are not permitted.
Ap77 charges no fees on Pix withdrawals. Bonus balance: Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. To convert bonus balance into withdrawable Real Balance, you must meet the rollover requirement specified for each promotion. The standard rollover for welcome and reload bonuses is 20x the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50. The specific conditions of each promotion take precedence over the general defaults.

For combination bets, all selections must win for the ticket to be paid out. A cancelled or voided selection reduces the number of selections in the combination, with odds recalculated accordingly. If a combination bet is reduced to a single selection after cancellations, it is treated as a single bet.
The Cash Out feature, when available, allows a bet to be settled before the final result. The Cash Out value is calculated in real time and may be lower than, equal to, or higher than the original stake, depending on the current state of the event. ap77 does not guarantee Cash Out availability for all events at all times — the feature may be suspended for technical or risk management reasons.

VIP Cashback: The ap77 VIP Program's weekly cashback is calculated based on total bet volume for the week (Monday to Sunday) and credited automatically every Monday.
